Use the form at the bottom to sign up for the Reunion Dinner Saturday, September 28 at 5:00 at the Contra Costa Country Club, Pleasant Hill. Early Bird pricing is ONLY AVAILABLE through MAY 31.
Be sure to include
- the name(s) of your guest(s), if any
- at least one phone number (in case we need to contact you - we won't bug you)
Please follow these steps:
Step One - Sign up: Fill out THE FORM AT THE BOTTOM, then click "SUBMIT" below the form before making a payment.
Step Two - Pay: Click the "Add to Cart" button if using a credit card or your PayPal account. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use PayPal to pay by credit card.
Paypal Account: SUBMIT the SIGNUP form, then click "Add to Cart" button below, then select the number of tickets and click the "PayPal Checkout" button. Double check the ticket quantity before finalizing.
Credit Card: SUBMIT the SIGNUP form, then click "Add to Cart" button below, then select the number of tickets, and click the gray "Checkout" button, double check the ticket quantity, and follow instructions from on the PayPal Guest Checkout page.
(Note: when you click the "Add to Cart" button, a new Paypal page will be opened. Your browser may take you to the page or it may open the page adjacent to the Reunion page. DO NOT click the buttons multiple times.)
Check: Click "SUBMIT" under your signup information, then make out a check to Del Valle 69 Reunion for the amount to cover yourself and any guests at $55.00 apiece and send it to:
